About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max model features a brown leather armchair with a slim black metal frame, ideal for refined interior visuals. This armchair features a streamlined, contemporary profile defined by a taut leather-upholstered seat and backrest in a warm brown tone. The frame is constructed from slender, matte black metal, providing a minimalist contrast to the soft upholstery. The design includes subtle curved detailing at the armrests, which transition smoothly into the vertical supports. Its proportions are compact yet comfortable, balanced for residential or commercial lounge applications. The model includes a small pet bed and a throw blanket as part of the scene, adding a lived-in, realistic aesthetic to the furniture piece.

The download is a 9.7 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

When integrating this 3ds Max model into a project, import it into the scene and ensure the scale is verified against the floor plan. The leather and metal components are provided with separate material IDs, allowing for easy adjustment of finish properties or texture maps. Use the native pivot point for precise placement within a room layout. For lighting, apply standard interior illumination techniques to capture the subtle highlights on the leather surface and the matte finish of the metal frame structure.
