Contemporary Natural Wood and Black Fabric Dining Set

This contemporary 8-seater dining set for 3ds Max features a slatted natural wood table paired with matching folding-style armchairs. This dining set comprises a large rectangular dining table and eight matching armchairs. The table features a robust, clean-lined frame with a slatted top, suggesting a modular or outdoor-inspired aesthetic. Each chair is constructed from matching natural wood, incorporating an X-frame leg detail and black fabric upholstery on the seat and backrest. The proportions are balanced for comfortable seating, with the chairs designed to fit neatly under the table perimeter. The combination of warm wood tones and minimalist black fabric creates a versatile look suitable for both interior dining spaces and covered patios.

The download is a 57.1 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 9 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this set is organised into logical layers, allowing for easy selection of individual chairs or the table surface. Users should check the pivot points for the chairs to ensure efficient placement around the table geometry. Materials are applied using standard mapping, which can be easily adjusted or replaced with custom textures to suit specific project requirements. The model is scaled to real-world dimensions, making it straightforward to integrate into larger architectural scenes or interior visualisations using standard import and alignment tools.
