The download is a 31.5 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 9 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this model is organised into logical layers for easy management, with separate objects for the table and individual chairs. Users can easily reposition the chairs around the table to suit specific floor plans or camera angles. Materials are mapped with standard texture channels, allowing for quick adjustments to the leather sheen or wood grain scale. The scene is light-ready, designed to be merged into larger architectural projects using standard coordinate systems for efficient placement within a room.

This dining set is ideal for high-end residential projects, luxury apartments, and hospitality interiors such as boutique hotel dining rooms or executive boardrooms. It pairs well with minimalist or contemporary interior styles, anchoring a dining space with its balanced proportions and warm, earthy colour palette. Professionals might search for this asset when specifying furniture for formal dining areas, open-plan kitchen-dining configurations, or staging high-end property marketing visuals where a sophisticated, cohesive aesthetic is required to demonstrate scale and functionality.
