About this asset

This contemporary living room scene for 3ds Max features a brown fabric sofa, butterfly chair, marble coffee table, and ottoman. This curated living room scene comprises a three-seater sofa upholstered in a warm brown fabric, accompanied by a selection of scatter cushions in varied grey tones. The ensemble includes a minimalist butterfly-style lounge chair with a dark frame, a modular-style coffee table with a white marble top, and a rectangular upholstered ottoman in a textured grey fabric. A sleek black side table holding a minimalist lamp completes the arrangement, all grounded by a large, dark-toned area rug. The pieces are designed to complement one another through a balanced, neutral colour palette and clean, modern lines.

The download is a 103 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) scene, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

To integrate this scene into a 3ds Max project, merge the file into your master scene and ensure the unit scale is consistent with your existing environment. The objects are grouped logically, allowing for individual selection or repositioning of the sofa, table, or chairs. Materials are applied using standard mapping, so you may need to adjust the tiling or UV coordinates if you change the scale. Use the included lighting setup as a base, or supplement with your own HDRIs for realistic ambient illumination.
