Contemporary Grey Marble Reception Desk with Brass Accents

This contemporary SketchUp model features a grey marble reception desk accented with brass detailing and a black base. This linear reception desk is defined by its heavy, monolithic aesthetic, wrapped in a large-format grey marble veneer. The design incorporates a contrasting black recessed base and a sleek black upper surface section, creating a balanced visual weight. A prominent horizontal brass rod spans the primary facade, serving as both a functional handle and a decorative focal point. The construction implies a robust internal frame supporting the stone cladding. The set includes a decorative vase with dried branches, providing a refined, finished look suitable for high-end commercial entryways or corporate lobby environments.

In SketchUp, this model is organised into logical groups, allowing for easy placement within a floor plan or lobby scene. Users should utilise the component layers to manage visibility and apply custom material textures to the marble surfaces if specific grain matching is required for high-resolution renders. The brass elements are separated, facilitating independent material assignment for reflections. Ensure the base point is set to the floor level for accurate alignment when snapping the desk to the project origin or wall boundaries.

Ideal for professional settings, this reception desk serves as a centrepiece in luxury office lobbies, high-end hospitality reception areas, or boutique hotel entrances. It pairs well with minimalist architectural lighting and polished stone flooring. Architects and interior designers searching for 'corporate reception furniture', 'luxury marble desk', or 'modern lobby desk' will find this asset fits seamlessly into contemporary interior design schemes. It provides a sophisticated, high-impact focal point that establishes a professional tone immediately upon entry into any commercial or office space.
