About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max dining chair features a plush blush pink velvet seat and backrest supported by a slender gold metal frame. Defined by its distinct oval-shaped backrest, this dining chair balances soft tactile upholstery with a rigid, minimalist metallic structure. The seat and back are finished in a smooth, blush pink velvet fabric, providing a refined aesthetic contrast to the polished gold-tone metal legs and perimeter framing. The frame maintains a slim profile, with the four legs tapering slightly towards the floor to ensure a lightweight visual footprint. The overall proportions suggest a compact, elegant silhouette suitable for sophisticated dining areas or accent seating in boutique commercial interiors.

The download is an 8.8 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

The velvet material is mapped with standard procedural or bitmap textures, requiring adjustments to the specular and reflection maps to achieve the desired sheen. Users should check the pivot point at the base of the legs for accurate floor-level positioning. Standard workflows involve applying a smoothing modifier if necessary and ensuring the material library is correctly linked to the scene paths.

Ideal for residential dining rooms, luxury hotel suites, and high-end cafe interiors, this chair serves as an effective accent piece in contemporary or glam-style design schemes. It pairs well with marble-topped dining tables or minimalist vanity desks, adding a touch of soft colour and metallic warmth. Professionals searching for elegant, small-scale seating solutions will find this model versatile for both formal dining arrangements and occasional bedroom seating. Its clean lines ensure it integrates seamlessly into various sophisticated, modern living environments.
