About this asset

This contemporary SketchUp model features a black leather 2-seater sofa, a matching ottoman, and a round glass-topped coffee table. This three-piece furniture set comprises a compact 2-seater sofa, a separate square ottoman, and a circular coffee table. The sofa and ottoman are upholstered in dark black leather, featuring clean, minimalist lines and simple, tapered dark wood feet. The coffee table serves as the focal point, pairing a clear circular glass top with a warm-toned wooden base that includes a slatted lower shelf for additional storage. The proportions are balanced for small-scale lounge areas, providing a cohesive aesthetic that prioritises comfort and functional simplicity for modern interior schemes.

The download is a 13.8 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 3 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Within SketchUp, this model is organised as a set of grouped components, allowing for easy placement and individual adjustment of the sofa, ottoman, and table. Users should manage the geometry using layers or tags to toggle the tea set accessories on or off as needed. Materials are applied as standard textures, which can be easily re-mapped or adjusted within the material editor to suit specific project lighting requirements or to match existing scene palettes.

Ideal for residential living rooms, studio apartments, or hotel lobby waiting areas, this set provides a polished look for contemporary design projects. It pairs well with neutral wall treatments and hardwood flooring, offering a versatile seating solution for small-scale floor plans. Professionals searching for lounge furniture, leather seating groups, or compact apartment furniture will find this set efficient for rapid interior visualisation and space planning in both early-stage design concepts and final presentation renderings.
