About this asset

This contemporary beige fabric modular sofa, modelled for 3ds Max, features a low-profile design and two textured green accent cushions. Defined by its clean, low-profile silhouette, this modular sofa offers a minimalist aesthetic suitable for modern interiors. The primary seating unit is upholstered in a neutral, textured beige fabric, providing a soft tactile quality. The design incorporates a distinct asymmetrical backrest arrangement, with a single extended back panel on one side and a shorter, separate bolster-style section on the other. Two square accent cushions in a vibrant, deep green fabric with a subtle woven pattern are included, adding contrast and depth to the overall composition of the seating arrangement.

The download is a 14.3 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model. Open it in 3ds Max; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this model is managed as a single cohesive unit, allowing for straightforward placement within a scene. Users should verify the scale against standard ergonomic requirements before finalising the layout. The fabric materials are applied via standard material slots, which can be adjusted or replaced to suit specific project lighting conditions. The cushions are separate elements, enabling easy repositioning or removal if desired to better fit the specific spatial requirements of the interior visualisation or architectural presentation.
