Contemporary Beige Fabric Modular Sofa with Chaise

This contemporary beige fabric modular sofa for 3ds Max features a clean-lined, low-profile design with an integrated chaise section. This modular sofa presents a minimalist aesthetic defined by its rectilinear volume and neutral upholstery. The assembly consists of a main seating unit paired with a dedicated chaise lounge extension, creating a seamless, elongated silhouette. The backrest is composed of distinct, low-profile upholstered blocks that provide structural support while maintaining a sleek profile. Two square throw cushions are included, adding a layer of softness to the otherwise geometric form. The fabric finish is consistent across all surfaces, ensuring a cohesive look suitable for modern interior settings that prioritise understated elegance and functional comfort.

The download is a 40.5 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this model is organised into logical layers to facilitate easy manipulation within a scene. Users can merge the file into an existing interior project, adjusting the scale as necessary to fit specific floor plans. The fabric material is mapped for standard renderers, allowing for quick adjustments to texture tiling or colour tinting. Lighting should be set up to highlight the subtle texture of the upholstery, ensuring the soft shadows around the cushions and base are accurately captured in final visualisations.
