Contemporary Beige Fabric Modular Lounge Living Room Scene

This contemporary living room scene for 3ds Max features a modular beige fabric sofa, grey armchairs, coffee tables, and a rug. This complete living room arrangement showcases a modular, channel-tufted beige fabric sofa paired with two plush grey velvet-style armchairs. The set includes two distinct coffee tables—one with an organic, white-topped form and another with a dark, angular glass top. A textured, striped area rug grounds the composition, while integrated side tables, decorative cushions in mustard and brown tones, and a minimalist floor lamp complete the vignette. The collection is designed for sophisticated residential interiors, balancing soft upholstery textures with clean-lined metal frames and glass surfaces to create a cohesive, layered aesthetic.

The download is a 78.4 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) scene, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

When integrating this 3ds Max scene into a project, use the merge command to import the entire collection into your master file. The assets are organised into logical layers, allowing for individual adjustment of lighting, materials, and furniture placement. Ensure the pivot points are correctly aligned to the floor plane for accurate positioning. For customisation, swap individual texture maps on the cushions or adjust the light intensity of the included lamps to match your specific interior lighting scheme and environment settings.
