About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max lounge chair set features a low-profile beige fabric seat paired with a turned timber side table. This lounge chair set presents a soft, organic aesthetic defined by a low-slung, rounded silhouette. The chair is upholstered in a neutral, light beige fabric, creating a tactile and inviting appearance suitable for relaxed seating areas. Accompanying the chair is a small, sculptural side table crafted from natural wood, featuring a distinct turned profile with a spherical central element. The proportions of the set are balanced for intimate lounging, offering a cohesive visual language through the contrast between the plush, upholstered forms of the seating and the solid, geometric structure of the side table.

The download is a 10.6 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 2 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Users can import this 3ds Max set directly into their scene, ensuring the pivot points are correctly aligned for floor-level placement. The geometry is clean, allowing for easy material adjustments or texture mapping if specific fabric patterns are required for a project. When lighting the scene, consider using a soft area light or HDRI to highlight the subtle folds and texture of the chair upholstery, while maintaining the natural grain details of the wooden side table for a realistic, finished render.

Ideal for modern living rooms, hotel lobbies, or boutique lounge spaces, this set functions as a versatile accent piece. It pairs well with minimalist interior schemes or soft, textured decor palettes. Professionals searching for low-profile seating, organic furniture shapes, or functional side tables will find this asset useful for creating comfortable, curated residential or commercial corners. It is particularly effective in high-end design visualisations where a balanced, tranquil atmosphere is required, providing a sophisticated focal point for reading nooks or waiting areas.
