About this asset

This contemporary living room lounge scene for 3ds Max features a beige fabric sofa, armchairs, and a marble coffee table. This furniture grouping comprises a two-seater sofa and two matching armchairs, all featuring dark-toned wooden frames and light beige upholstery. The set is completed by a circular coffee table with a white marble top and a cylindrical side table in a dark wood finish. Decorative elements include vibrant blue accent cushions with central beige stripes, two table lamps with neutral shades, and curated tabletop accessories. The pieces share a consistent aesthetic language, characterised by clean lines, geometric timber framing, and a balanced contrast between the warm wood tones and the light, textured fabric surfaces.

The download is a 24.9 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) scene, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Users can merge this scene directly into larger 3ds Max projects to populate residential or hotel lounge areas. The assets are organised by layer, allowing for the easy isolation of individual pieces like the coffee table or armchairs. Materials are mapped with standard texture slots, facilitating quick adjustments to wood grains or fabric weaves to suit specific interior palettes. Proper pivot placement ensures these objects can be positioned and rotated on a floor plane with minimal effort during the staging process.

This lounge set is suitable for high-end residential living rooms, boutique hotel lobbies, or executive waiting areas. It works effectively in contemporary or transitional interior design schemes where a structured, comfortable seating arrangement is required. Professionals searching for cohesive furniture layouts for visualization or interior design presentations will find these models useful for creating a lived-in, styled atmosphere. The arrangement pairs well with neutral wall treatments and textural rugs, helping to define a functional conversation zone within an open-plan space.
