About this asset

This contemporary living room set for SketchUp features a brown leather sofa, matching armchair, ottoman, and a round glass coffee table. The set comprises four distinct pieces designed for a cohesive lounge aesthetic. A three-seater sofa and an accompanying armchair feature smooth brown leather upholstery with dark-stained wooden feet. A matching square ottoman provides additional seating or foot support, maintaining the same leather finish and turned wood legs. Completing the arrangement is a circular coffee table with a polished black glass top supported by a minimalist black frame. Decorative cushions in white and monochrome patterns are included on the sofa, adding contrast to the rich, warm tones of the leather upholstery.

The download is a 129 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 4 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this set is organised as a series of components, allowing for easy placement and individual manipulation of each piece. Users can import the model directly into a project and position the components on a floor plane. The materials are pre-applied, though users may need to adjust texture scaling or reflection settings within their preferred rendering plugin to achieve the desired level of realism for the leather and glass surfaces.

This furniture collection is suitable for residential interior projects, particularly in living room or lounge area layouts. It works well for hospitality spaces such as hotel lobbies or quiet sitting areas in a boutique office. Designers can use this set to quickly populate a floor plan or a 3D visualization, pairing it with area rugs, floor lamps, and wall art to create a complete, inviting space.
