Modern White Stone Pool House Exterior Scene

This modern SketchUp exterior scene features a two-storey pool house with stone cladding, integrated decking, and a swimming pool. This architectural scene showcases a contemporary two-storey pool house defined by clean white volumes and textured stone cladding. The design features a prominent covered patio area supported by slender metal columns, which frames a mature palm tree. The ground floor connects seamlessly to a tiled swimming pool through a stepped transition. A secondary elevated terrace with wooden furniture extends over the driveway, creating a sheltered entrance. Lush landscaping, including varied shrubs and trees, softens the sharp geometric lines of the building, while integrated warm lighting highlights the stone facades and the structural canopy.

To utilize this SketchUp model, import the file into your existing project or open it as a standalone scene. The geometry is organized into layers, allowing for easy management of the building, landscape, and lighting components. Users can adjust the sun settings within the native environment to achieve desired shadow play on the stone surfaces. Ensure all textures are correctly mapped upon opening and leverage the existing component structure to swap individual elements like furniture or vegetation to suit specific project requirements.
