About this asset

This modern three-storey residential scene for SketchUp features a striking vertical tower design with integrated timber louvres and greenery. The structure presents a contemporary aesthetic defined by a central vertical volume that contrasts with the horizontal massing of the lower levels. White rendered walls provide a crisp finish, complemented by dark grey masonry at the ground level entrance. Timber cladding and vertical slats add warmth to the upper balcony area, where lush planters are incorporated into the facade design. The composition includes metal railing details and large glazing panels, balancing solid and void spaces to create a sophisticated, layered exterior elevation suitable for high-end residential architectural projects.
