Designed in an oriental aesthetic, this SketchUp model features a dark wood semi-flush ceiling light with cylindrical calligraphy parchment shades. The fixture incorporates a circular dark wood ceiling canopy supporting radial cantilevers from which multiple vertical cylindrical shades hang. Each shade is finished in a warm cream parchment or rice paper texture detailed with delicate East Asian calligraphic script and subtle mottled ageing. Below the central hub hangs an ornamental braided cord with a pale white tassel, adding movement and classical detail. The dark timber joinery provides high contrast against the translucent lantern drums, making this luminaire visually striking from both side elevations and low-angle perspective views.
