Contemporary White Petal-Shaped Commercial Pavilion Scene

This contemporary SketchUp scene features an organic, petal-shaped pavilion set within a dense urban residential masterplan. Centred on an expressive, organic pavilion composed of five interconnected elliptical volumes, this scene explores fluid architectural forms. The structure features clean white concrete facades punctuated by vertical glass glazing, creating a striking contrast against the surrounding grid of traditional residential housing. The site plan incorporates a herringbone-patterned paved plaza that flows between the petal-like building forms, surrounded by lush, dense greenery and mature canopy trees. This architectural ensemble provides a high-level site context, balancing the bold, sculptural geometry of the central pavilion with the repetitive, rhythmic scale of the peripheral urban residential blocks.

The download is a 1350 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Professionals can utilise this SketchUp model as a foundational site context for urban design or commercial planning projects. The scene is structured with layers to separate the pavilion geometry from the surrounding residential topography and landscaping elements. Users should inspect the component hierarchy and material mapping before integrating custom building designs. Given the scale, it is recommended to manage the vegetation assets using proxies to maintain viewport performance while refining the site lighting and environmental shadows for high-quality architectural visualisations.
