Contemporary Grey Residential Exterior Scene

This contemporary residential exterior scene for SketchUp features two-storey concrete houses with integrated vertical gardens. The scene depicts a pair of two-storey contemporary dwellings defined by clean, minimalist concrete volumes and soft arch-topped fenestration. Each unit incorporates a recessed balcony with light-toned metal railings and extensive climbing vegetation that creates a lush, organic contrast to the structured grey facades. The ground level includes a paved driveway, a modern white sedan, and manicured hedging, establishing a cohesive suburban aesthetic. Architectural details such as the subtle lighting accents under the eaves and the integrated pergolas enhance the depth and realism of the exterior composition.

The download is a 963 KB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Designed for SketchUp, this scene provides a fully assembled environment ready for architectural visualisation. Professionals can utilise the existing layer structure to toggle individual elements like the vegetation, vehicles, or architectural masses for customisation. The model is scaled for immediate integration into larger site plans, allowing users to focus on adjusting the scene lighting or applying specific high-resolution textures to the concrete surfaces to suit particular project requirements.

Ideal for residential development proposals, this scene serves as a foundation for architectural concepts focusing on modern, eco-conscious housing. It is particularly effective for designers creating marketing imagery, planning submissions, or site studies where greenery and residential scale are key. Professionals searching for a complete suburban streetscape or a detailed facade study will find this asset versatile for various project stages, from initial design massing to final presentation renders, especially when paired with complementary urban furniture or street lighting elements.
