Contemporary Black Marble Rockery Stone Set

A collection of contemporary black marble-textured rockery stones for SketchUp, featuring varied organic forms and white veining. This set contains six distinct rockery stones characterized by a deep black base with prominent white veining, mimicking the appearance of polished or natural marble. The collection includes a large vertical standing monolith, a circular hollowed-out ring sculpture, and several low-profile, asymmetrical boulders. The forms are highly sculptural, designed to serve as focal points within water features or Zen-inspired garden layouts. Each piece displays complex, jagged geometry that contrasts with the smooth, reflective surfaces, providing a sophisticated aesthetic suitable for both high-end interior lobby installations and exterior courtyard design.

The download is a 69 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 6 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, these models are best utilised by importing the components into your master file as a group. Due to their complex geometry, ensure your face styles are set to monochrome to check for reversed normals before applying final materials. Use the scale tool to adjust the size for specific site conditions and position them using the rotate tool to capture the most visually interesting angles for your render views. These assets are lightweight enough to be duplicated across large landscape scenes.
