Contemporary White and Charcoal Modular Hallway Storage Unit

This contemporary modular hallway storage unit for SketchUp features integrated cabinetry, a bench, and a vertical mirror. This extensive wall-integrated storage system combines closed cabinetry, open shelving, and a central seating zone. The design features a high-contrast palette of matte white door panels paired with charcoal-grey interior carcasses and vertical cladding. The central section incorporates a floating bench with an upholstered seat, a tall mirror, and an integrated vertical light strip. Brass-toned hardware provides subtle metallic accents across the slim-profile doors. The layout includes full-height cupboards, glass-fronted display areas, and open niches, creating a balanced, architectural aesthetic suitable for modern residential entrance halls or dressing areas.

The download is a 120 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this model is organised into logical groups and components, allowing for easy adjustment of the overall width to fit specific wall dimensions. Users should manage the high-resolution textures by checking the material library paths after insertion. The vertical light strip is modelled as a distinct element, enabling independent control of its visibility or emissive properties. Ensure the model is correctly aligned to the floor plane and use the native scale tool to fine-tune the unit height to match interior ceiling heights.
