House Chill is a boutique hospitality residence in South Delhi, conceived as a three-floor Airbnb on a compact builder plot. Designed to maximize both luxury and efficiency, the project transforms a constrained urban footprint into a multi-level experience that blends greenery, openness, and contemporary comfort. The façade balances bold geometry with cascading vegetation, giving the building a refreshing and welcoming street presence.
Inside, the design strategy revolves around hospitality-grade comfort: a warm and minimal material palette, fluid spatial planning, and ample daylighting. Each floor offers distinct zones—living, work, leisure, and retreat—integrated with biophilic elements. The use of natural finishes, earthy tones, and curated furniture creates a calming yet stylish environment that caters to both short and extended stays.
Outdoor terraces and the rooftop dining pergola extend the usable hospitality space, offering guests a blend of privacy and community. This layering of indoor-outdoor experiences transforms the compact builder plot into a rich microcosm of hospitality. House Chill is not merely an Airbnb—it is a design-led hospitality product, curated to meet the expectations of global travelers while retaining the warmth of a South Delhi neighborhood home.

The Albert Schweizer School in Wiesbaden, Germany, designed by AFF architekten, is a two-story educational facility completed in 2021 with a built-up area of 5,737 m². Located within a 1970s residential district of Mainz-Kostheim, the project responds to the heterogeneous, small-scale settlement pattern of its context. Rather than adopting a monolithic block, the architects created a composition of three staggered building volumes that break down the school’s scale while generating a variety of exterior spaces. These open zones—ranging from quiet relaxation courtyards to active sports areas—are directly tied to the pedagogical vision of integrating learning, play, and community life.
The architectural language emphasizes durability and clarity, with robust materials such as concrete paired with generous openings for daylight and views. Thoughtful landscaping by Polymorph Design Studio integrates green outdoor spaces with circulation, fostering a strong indoor-outdoor relationship. The project balances the need for modern educational infrastructure with sensitivity to its neighborhood, contributing not only a school but also a civic anchor for the community.

The Coastal Tranquility Home, designed by Polymorph Design Studio in Vasco da Gama, Goa, is a seaside retreat that embodies the calm, rhythm, and beauty of coastal living. Rooted in natural materials and nautical inspirations, the residence creates a seamless dialogue between the built environment and the ocean. With soft blues, aquas, and sandy neutrals as its dominant palette, the home reflects the hues of sea and sky, immersing its residents in a perpetual atmosphere of relaxation.
Large openings and sliding doors frame panoramic views of the coastline, while spatial fluidity ensures a natural flow between indoor and outdoor living. Nautical accents—anchors, ropes, seashells, and weathered wood—infuse character, while practical choices such as low-maintenance finishes ensure durability in a coastal climate. Driftwood, sisal rugs, and whitewashed timbers create a tactile connection to nature, enhancing the home’s organic aesthetic. By balancing asymmetry with subtle hierarchy, the design maintains both informality and order, ensuring spaces like the living room become focal points. This home is not just a structure—it is a lifestyle, inviting residents to embrace the serenity, openness, and effortless ease of the beach environment.

Instead of a scupture that is the creating of man, the idea was to create something more pure and part of the nature. That gave us to idea to simple reflect the heavens, placing a mirror in a a lush garden created an unexpected pause for the visitors. Momentarily confused as to what they were looking at, the effect we wanted to go for.
