About this asset

A collection of ten decorative cement tile textures for 3ds Max, featuring intricate geometric patterns in muted colour palettes. This set includes ten distinct square tile textures, each displaying a repeatable geometric or floral motif reminiscent of traditional encaustic cement flooring. The patterns range from bold, high-contrast black and white graphic grids to more subtle, multi-tonal compositions in warm earth tones, soft greys, and muted browns. Each texture is designed for seamless tiling, ensuring consistent visual flow across large floor or wall surfaces. The aesthetic leans towards a classic, artisanal look, making these ideal for period-inspired interiors or modern spaces requiring a touch of historical character and refined surface detail.

The download is a 105 MB compressed archive with the textures and a ready-made 3ds Max (.max) material library, so the maps arrive already assigned to materials you can drag onto your own geometry.

These textures are provided as a set of high-resolution image maps, ready for implementation within 3ds Max. Professionals should apply these to a plane or surface geometry using standard UVW mapping coordinates. For optimal realism, it is recommended to layer these maps within a V-Ray or Corona material editor, incorporating additional bump or displacement maps if deep grout lines are desired. Ensure the tiling settings are locked to maintain the pattern integrity across large-scale architectural surfaces in your scene.

These tiles are perfectly suited for flooring in entryways, kitchens, and bathrooms, or as decorative wall cladding in hospitality settings like cafes and boutique hotels. They serve as an excellent solution for designers seeking to add visual interest to neutral spaces without overwhelming the palette.
