Weathered Brown Timber Plank PBR Material Set

Weathered brown timber plank PBR material set featuring realistic grain, surface scratches, and gaps for 2K rendering workflows. This PBR material set reproduces the appearance of aged, weathered timber planks. The surface displays a natural, warm brown palette with distinct wood grain patterns, subtle colour variations, and minor surface imperfections like scratches and tonal shifts. The planks are arranged in a standard linear orientation, featuring realistic gaps between boards that add depth and character to the texture. Designed to cover a 1.5-metre square area, the material maintains consistent surface detail, making it suitable for representing reclaimed wood flooring, exterior decking, or rustic wall cladding in architectural visualisation projects.

The download is a 55.5 MB compressed archive with the texture set at 2K with colour, normal, roughness, ambient occlusion and displacement maps, ready for any metal/roughness PBR workflow in Blender, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Unreal Engine or D5.

The set provides a comprehensive range of PBR maps including albedo, ambient occlusion, displacement, roughness, and both DirectX and OpenGL normal maps. Professionals can easily integrate these into any standard rendering engine by assigning the maps to their respective channels. The inclusion of ready-made material files for common software simplifies the setup process, allowing for immediate application to surfaces. Users should ensure the texture is scaled to the 1.5-metre real-world dimension to maintain accurate proportions.
