Kiara Interior Thatch Roof Lounge HDRI Map

Kiara Interior is a 2K equirectangular HDRI map featuring a rustic lounge with a thatch roof and warm, mixed natural lighting. This HDRI environment map captures a cozy, open-plan residential interior space defined by its distinctive exposed thatch roof and terracotta-tiled flooring. The composition includes a lounge area with a dark fabric sofa, a multi-tonal stone-topped coffee table, and a kitchen zone visible in the background. Natural light filters through large sliding glass doors, creating soft highlights that contrast with the warm, ambient artificial illumination within the room. The textures of the timber beams, woven ceiling material, and earthy stone surfaces provide a realistic, lived-in atmosphere for architectural visualisation projects requiring authentic interior lighting conditions.

The download is a 6.4 MB file containing a 2K equirectangular high-dynamic-range environment map, ready to load as dome or world lighting in Blender, 3ds Max, SketchUp renderers, Unreal Engine and D5.

To integrate this environment map, load the.hdr file into the world environment or background slot of your preferred 3D rendering engine. Adjust the intensity and rotation settings to align the light source with your scene's primary windows or openings. Because this map contains both ambient interior light and directional sunlight from the exterior, it is ideal for achieving balanced, high-fidelity illumination without needing complex manual light setups. Ensure your gamma settings are correctly calibrated for linear workflow.
