About this asset

This equirectangular HDRI environment map provides realistic natural lighting for architectural renders featuring a grassy meadow. The environment map captures a wide, open grassy field under a bright, clear sky. The scene is defined by a gentle, undulating topography typical of rural farmland, featuring scattered mature trees and patches of tall, dry grass along the horizon line. The lighting is bright and directional, suggesting a clear sunny day with high-contrast shadows and warm tones that emphasize the texture of the meadow. The horizon is relatively flat, making it suitable for exterior architectural visualization where a natural, open-field backdrop is required for exterior perspective shots.

The download is a 5.8 MB file containing a 2K equirectangular high-dynamic-range environment map, ready to load as dome or world lighting in Blender, 3ds Max, SketchUp renderers, Unreal Engine and D5.

To use this HDRI, load the file into the environment slot of your chosen rendering engine. Adjust the rotation to align the sun position with your model's lighting requirements and modify the intensity to suit your scene's exposure settings. Because this is an equirectangular map, it will provide high-quality 360-degree reflections and global illumination, ensuring that the lighting on your building materials is physically accurate and consistent with the sunny, rural environment captured in the panorama.

This environment is ideal for residential projects, rural developments, or landscape architecture proposals that require a natural, sunny setting. It pairs effectively with exterior visualizations of detached houses, barns, or modern cabins situated in open environments. Professionals searching for natural lighting, rural backdrops, or meadow environments will find this map useful for achieving realistic lighting conditions in exterior renders. It is particularly effective for daytime scenes where a clean, bright, and airy atmosphere is essential for presenting the architectural design clearly.
