Natural Wood Triple Window Unit with Double-Hung Flankers

Configured as a Revit family, this timber triple window unit integrates an expansive fixed picture pane flanked by paired double-hung sashes. Tripartite assembly. A large rectangular picture window sits centrally, offering an unobstructed glazed aperture. Flanking either side are narrower vertically proportioned double-hung window units, each featuring an upper and lower sash divided by a horizontal meeting rail. The outer frame profiles and sash mullions are rendered in a warm, light natural wood or tan finish with clear glazing infill. Crisp framing reveals and defined casing lines separate each individual unit within the unified modular assembly, creating clean architectural shadow lines across the exterior and interior elevations.

The download is a 809 KB file containing a Revit family (.rfa). Load it into a project from the Insert tab with Load Family, then place it like any other component of its category; it schedules and tags with the rest of your model.

Engineered for architectural documentation in Autodesk Revit, this component loads directly into project models as a wall-hosted window family. Users can host the assembly into exterior wall assemblies, cutting rough openings automatically across multi-layer construction. Material parameter assignments allow quick swapping between painted finishes, stained hardwood, or composite clad systems, while standard family schedules read out rough opening dimensions, glazing surface areas, and sash counts effortlessly.

Ideally suited for single-family residences, suburban developments, townhouses, and boutique hospitality chalets, this composite fenestration unit anchors main living rooms, master bedrooms, and dining spaces. The layout delivers panoramic exterior views through the centre while providing natural cross-ventilation at the sides. Architects and interior specifiers frequently query this assembly when searching for multi-lite fenestration, picture windows with flankers, residential glazing assemblies, and traditional timber sash window families.
