About this asset

This octagonal whirlpool hot tub is a Revit family featuring moulded acrylic bench seating and vertical exterior timber slats. The fixture features an eight-sided geometry defined by a tiered upper rim and an ergonomic multi-level interior basin. Moulded acrylic seating wraps the perimeter with integrated hydrotherapy massage jets, while perimeter air perforations ring the base around a central suction drain. Vertically grooved exterior siding panels in a rich reddish-brown wood finish wrap the faceted outer shell, providing a warm contrast to the crisp off-white basin. Corner deck recesses accommodate control knobs or fittings, ensuring a balanced, self-contained footprint ready for standalone placement or semi-recessed deck integration.

The download is a 2 MB file containing a Revit family (.rfa). Load it into a project from the Insert tab with Load Family, then place it like any other component of its category; it schedules and tags with the rest of your model.

Load this RFA plumbing component directly into your project environment to coordinate spa layouts and equipment clearances. The geometry establishes clean outlines in floor plans, sections, and interior elevations, facilitating accurate rough-in coordination and fixture schedules. Assign native project materials or render appearances to the shell and exterior cladding to suit bespoke residential specifications and presentation visualisations.

Suited to luxury residential master suites, outdoor terrace decks, boutique hotel penthouses, and commercial wellness spa facilities, this whirlpool fixture serves schematic space planning through tender documentation. It pairs seamlessly with natural stone decking, non-slip porcelain floor tiles, and architectural privacy screens. Designers searching for an octagonal spa, hydrotherapy bath, or freestanding hot tub model can incorporate this unit directly into bathroom layouts and leisure scheme presentations.
