About this asset

Minimalist rectangular fixed picture window Revit family featuring a clean white frame and single-pane glazing for modern architectural elevations. Featuring a clean rectangular silhouette, this fixed window unit showcases an unadorned white perimeter frame enclosing a large continuous sheet of vision glass. The slender frame profile maintains a minimal sightline, maximising visible transmittance and internal daylight penetration. Set with clean right angles and recessed reveals, the exterior and interior faces present smooth surfaces without operable sash hardware, hinges, or horizontal mullion dividers. The crisp white finish provides sharp contrast against the translucent blue glazing, suitable for integration within cavity masonry, framed timber, or external insulation wall build-ups.

The download is a 133 KB file containing a Revit family (.rfa). Load it into a project from the Insert tab with Load Family, then place it like any other component of its category; it schedules and tags with the rest of your model.

Designed for seamless insertion into Revit project environments, this window family inserts directly into basic and compound wall hosts. Users can adjust sill height parameters, modify family materials in the type properties dialog, and verify rough opening dimensions across plans and elevations. The geometry coordinates reliably with automated Revit window schedules, tagging conventions, and construction documentation sheets.

Appropriate for contemporary residential dwellings, commercial office suites, educational facilities, and hospitality developments, this picture window element functions effectively across facade daylighting schemes and interior borrowed-light partitions. It pairs naturally with operable casement units, minimalist curtain wall assemblies, and painted plaster or timber cladding finishes. Design teams commonly specify fixed glazing units like this for living rooms, conference spaces, corridors, and exterior envelopes.
