About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max sofa model features a tufted grey leather finish and a modular two-seat configuration with textile accessories. This low-profile modular sofa exhibits a contemporary aesthetic defined by its grid-tufted leather upholstery in a light grey tone. The design consists of two distinct modular sections joined to create a wide, linear silhouette with integrated armrests. The piece is accessorised with a collection of scatter cushions in varying sizes and charcoal fabric tones, alongside a textured throw blanket draped over the left section. Its blocky, rectilinear form is softened by the subtle tension of the leather, providing a balanced look suitable for minimalist or high-end residential interiors.

The download is a 39.1 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this model is organised into logical layers, allowing for easy selection of the sofa base, cushions, and throw components. Users should ensure the leather material maps are correctly scaled to maintain the integrity of the tufting detail. The model is structured for straightforward placement into interior scenes; verify that the pivot point is set to the base for efficient snapping to floor planes. The inclusion of loose accessories provides flexibility for customising the styling within a project.

Ideal for high-end residential living rooms, boutique hotel lobbies, or executive lounge areas, this sofa serves as a primary seating anchor. It pairs well with low-profile coffee tables and minimalist area rugs. Professionals searching for modern modular seating or high-quality leather upholstery assets will find this piece effective for creating comfortable, curated gathering spaces. It integrates seamlessly into contemporary design schemes where clean lines and tactile material contrast are required to define the atmosphere of a room.
