About this asset

Modern off-white corner window Revit family featuring an asymmetric layout with a narrow operable casement sash beside an expansive glazed pane. This window family models an asymmetric fenestration assembly configured with a slim operable sash adjacent to a wide glazed section. Clean perimeter extrusions define the primary frame in an off-white finish, enclosing recessed glazing stops and crisp profile mullions. The narrower bay accommodates an operable ventilation vent, while the primary glazed opening maximizes natural daylight transfer across exterior facades. Refined profile depths and minimal framing lines reflect contemporary architectural joinery, presenting structured reveal edges that integrate cleanly within building envelopes.

The download is a 369 KB file containing a Revit family (.rfa). Load it into a project from the Insert tab with Load Family, then place it like any other component of its category; it schedules and tags with the rest of your model.

Load this wall-hosted RFA family directly into an active project and place it along exterior partition assemblies or wall corners. Instance and type parameters enable straightforward adjustment of rough openings, frame dimensions, and pane widths to suit distinct structural grids. Assign dedicated material parameters for glass and framework finishes to ensure consistent graphical display across elevation schedules, plan cuts, and shaded visualization views.

Suited to contemporary residential developments, bespoke houses, suburban villas, and modern multi-family housing projects, this window unit provides both focused airflow and panoramic exterior views. It functions seamlessly in master bedrooms, open-plan living rooms, and private home office designs where corner glazing captures expansive daylight. Architects and technicians incorporating casement corner window assemblies, composite glazed openings, and architectural facade fenestration will find this versatile component easily scheduled alongside standard wall assemblies.
