About this asset

Modern three-lite direct-set window Revit family showcasing a clean rectangular profile with slate grey framing and two horizontal dividing bars. This window component presents a slender rectangular perimeter frame finished in a neutral mid-grey coating, framing transparent glazing subdivided into three stacked rectangular panes. Two uniform horizontal muntin bars split the glazed area evenly, creating clean sightlines that emphasize horizontal alignment. The accent profile delivers a flush, sharp-edged appearance consistent with modern architectural fenestration detailing. With its minimalist outer frame and balanced proportions, the geometry provides an authentic architectural look suitable for high-end exterior elevations and coordinated internal daylight studies.

The download is a 1.3 MB file containing a Revit family (.rfa). Load it into a project from the Insert tab with Load Family, then place it like any other component of its category; it schedules and tags with the rest of your model.

Designed for efficient documentation in Revit, this component inserts seamlessly into project wall assemblies to create clean architectural openings. Users can adjust materials across frame and glazing subcategories, apply consistent graphic overrides for schematic views, and schedule instances alongside broader fenestration packages. The streamlined model geometry ensures light file overhead across large project models without compromising crisp section or elevation linework.

Suited to contemporary residential architecture, urban multi-family housing, and boutique commercial schemes, this direct-set unit works well across living rooms, stairwells, and transition corridors where fixed daylighting is prioritized. It pairs naturally with adjacent operable casement units, curtain wall systems, and exterior rainscreen cladding. Specifiers and BIM coordinators searching for fixed accent fenestration, three-lite vertical windows, or minimalist Kolbe VistaLuxe fenestration will find this asset aligned with typical design-development deliverables.
