About this asset

This contemporary freestanding oval bathtub, modelled for 3ds Max, features a smooth white finish and a functional wooden tray. This freestanding bathtub features a clean, organic oval silhouette with gently sloping walls designed for ergonomic comfort. The basin is finished in a high-gloss white, providing a neutral and hygienic appearance suitable for modern interiors. Included with the model is a rectangular wooden tray that spans the width of the tub, serving as a practical accessory for bath essentials. The combination of the sleek white ceramic surface and the warm, natural tones of the timber tray creates a balanced aesthetic. A floor-mounted chrome faucet is positioned adjacent to the tub, completing the assembly.

The download is an 11.8 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this model is organised by logical components, allowing for easy selection and material adjustments. Users should check the scale against their scene units before merging to ensure correct alignment with floor levels. The wooden tray is a separate object, enabling placement flexibility or removal for cleaner compositions. Lighting setups should focus on highlighting the reflective properties of the white basin, while the wood texture benefits from a subtle bump map to enhance the natural grain detail in close-up renderings.

This bathtub is an ideal choice for high-end residential master bathrooms, luxury hotel suites, and spa design projects.
