About this asset

Modern black 37-inch LCD television Revit family featuring a slim bezel display mounted on a curved metal tubular desktop stand. Designed as a compact audiovisual fixture, the unit features a widescreen display panel framed by a minimal dark bezel. The screen rests on an open loop-style tubular metal base that provides balanced desktop support on media consoles, credenzas, or desks. A polished screen face reflects ambient interior lighting, while the slender profile keeps the overall housing compact. Rear enclosure detailing accommodates realistic placement against interior partitions or joinery. The model is presented resting on a wooden media unit, demonstrating realistic scale and proportion for contemporary AV integration.

The download is a 696 KB file containing a Revit family (.rfa). Load it into a project from the Insert tab with Load Family, then place it like any other component of its category; it schedules and tags with the rest of your model.

Load this RFA component directly into your Revit project under the specialty equipment category. Place the family hosted on horizontal surfaces such as credenzas, shelving, or entertainment units. Graphic display settings allow standard shaded, hidden line, or realistic visual styles for client presentation drawings, while native Revit materials can be swapped or assigned to manage render appearance in internal engines or external visualization bridges.

Suited to residential living rooms, guest bedrooms, and home theatre studies, this flat-screen asset completes joinery layouts and media walls. It functions equally well within hospitality guestroom schemes, executive hotel suites, serviced apartments, and office breakrooms. Interior designers and BIM technicians use this television component when coordinating power and data drop locations, detailing custom millwork niches, and staging space planning elevations for client approvals.
