About this asset

This modern grey aluminium tube fence is a Revit family featuring a clean, modular panel design suitable for site boundaries. The fence consists of vertical tubular pickets held between horizontal rails, supported by robust vertical posts at regular intervals. The design is minimalist and industrial in character, finished in a neutral grey tone. It is constructed as a modular system, allowing for linear runs or corner configurations. The spacing between the tubes is consistent, providing a transparent yet secure barrier. This assembly is ideal for defining site perimeters or enclosing specific outdoor zones while maintaining clear sightlines across the property. The geometry is straightforward, prioritising functional performance and clean architectural lines.

The download is a 737 KB file containing a Revit family (.rfa). Load it into a project from the Insert tab with Load Family, then place it like any other component of its category; it schedules and tags with the rest of your model.

In Revit, this family is typically placed as a line-based component or a repeating element along site plan boundaries. Users can adjust the overall length by modifying the instance parameters or by snapping the start and end points to existing site geometry. Materials can be assigned via the object parameters to match specific project finishes. It is recommended to keep this element on a dedicated site layer to ensure visibility control in floor plans and 3D views.

This fence is well-suited for residential, industrial, or commercial projects requiring a durable and low-maintenance boundary solution. It works effectively for enclosing gardens, parking lots, or utility areas. Architects and landscape designers will find it useful during the site planning and schematic design stages to clearly delineate property lines. Professionals searching for perimeter security or modular metal partitioning will find this asset fits standard site documentation workflows, pairing well with exterior paving, soft landscaping, and site lighting components.
