About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max interior scene features a luxury open-plan living room with a striking mezzanine and integrated garage. Designed for high-end residential applications, this open-plan living room scene showcases a sophisticated material palette of dark marble, warm wood, and textured grey fabric. The space is anchored by a low-profile sectional sofa and a sculptural swivel armchair, complemented by a sleek black marble coffee table. A feature staircase with integrated step lighting leads to a glass-railed mezzanine, while a large indoor potted tree adds organic contrast. The unique layout incorporates a visual connection to a garage space, creating a seamless transition between living and utility areas within a dramatic double-height volume.
