The download is a 266 KB file containing a Revit family (.rfa). Load it into a project from the Insert tab with Load Family, then place it like any other component of its category; it schedules and tags with the rest of your model.

As a native Revit family, this component is designed for easy insertion into plumbing layouts. Users can place the sink against wall-hosted conditions or as a standalone element, depending on the specific model configuration. The file includes standard connection points for MEP integration, allowing for quick mapping of water supply and drainage systems within the project browser. Adjustments to material parameters can be made via the type properties to match specific interior design schemes without affecting the underlying geometry.
