About this asset

Designed for commercial accessibility, this barrier-free hand sink Revit family features a raised backsplash and high-arc gooseneck faucet. The unit features a shallow wall-mounted basin formed in clean white porcelain, engineered to meet barrier-free clearance guidelines. A prominent rear ledge forms an integral backsplash, housing a deck-mounted high-arc gooseneck tap with cylindrical dark grey piping. The front basin presents soft perimeter radiuses and a shallow interior bowl designed to permit wheelchair knee clearance beneath the apron. Below the fixture, a dark tubular drain assembly with an exposed P-trap drops straight down before routing back horizontally toward the wall connection, providing complete geometry for plumbing coordination.

The download is a 143 KB file containing a Revit family (.rfa). Load it into a project from the Insert tab with Load Family, then place it like any other component of its category; it schedules and tags with the rest of your model.

Load the.rfa family directly into your Revit project and place it against an interior partition at standard accessible mounting heights. The geometry inserts cleanly into floor plans, interior elevations, and MEP plumbing sheets. Connect the fixture to domestic cold water, hot water, and sanitary drainage systems using integrated MEP connectors to facilitate system calculations, pipe sizing, and clash detection routines within building information models.

Suited for commercial public restrooms, healthcare facilities, office washrooms, and institutional environments requiring compliance with accessibility regulations. This fixture coordinates seamlessly with wall-mounted mirrors, grab bars, automatic paper towel dispensers, and accessible toilet fixtures during schematic layout and construction documentation phases. Designers and plumbing engineers frequently specify this style when detailing compact barrier-free lavatories, single-occupancy unisex restrooms, and clinical hand-wash stations across commercial architectural projects.
