About this asset

Designed in classic mid-century style, this square pedestal table Revit family features a slender four-star metal contract base and rounded corners. This square table design features a clean horizontal tabletop with softened, radiused corners, rendered in a warm brown surface finish. Beneath the top, a slender central column transitions into a four-star contract base with low-profile splayed aluminium legs terminating in articulated leveling glides. The overall proportion balances a slim edge profile with structural stability, keeping knee space completely unobstructed along all four sides. Precise junction details between the central mount, vertical column, and four-prong foot reflect authentic commercial-grade specifications tailored for high-traffic environments.

The download is a 717 KB file containing a Revit family (.rfa). Load it into a project from the Insert tab with Load Family, then place it like any other component of its category; it schedules and tags with the rest of your model.

Load this family directly into a Revit project environment to place standalone tables across floor plans or group them with task and side chairs. Standard clearance boundaries and clean 2D symbolic plan representations ensure straightforward layout planning in technical documentation. Component materials can be customized within the project properties to match designated interior finishes and schedule requirements seamlessly across sheets.

Suited to commercial workplace cafeterias, breakout spaces, casual conference rooms, and hospitality dining areas, this versatile contract table coordinates naturally with modern shell chairs or upholstered seating. Interior designers and architects frequently specify this unit in corporate headquarters, university commons, and boutique cafes where durable, compact meeting tables and dining surfaces are needed during design development, presentation renderings, and FF&E scheduling.
