About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max lounge set features a modular grey fabric L-shaped sofa, a houndstooth armchair, and two coffee tables. This comprehensive lounge arrangement comprises a modular L-shaped sectional sofa upholstered in a neutral grey fabric, accented by a single armchair featuring a distinct black-and-white houndstooth pattern. The set includes a low-profile square coffee table with a polished black marble top and a secondary metallic side table with a fluted pedestal base. A textured grey area rug anchors the entire composition. Decorative cushions in solid tan and patterned fabrics provide contrast against the sofa upholstery. The modular construction of the seating allows for flexible configurations within open-plan living areas or commercial lobby spaces.

The download is a 68.5 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 6 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this set is organised by object type for efficient scene management. Users can easily append the collection as a single group or ungroup components to populate specific areas of a floor plan. Materials are mapped for standard render pipelines, with textures for the marble and fabric surfaces included. The modular sofa units are modelled with consistent pivot points, facilitating quick alignment and snapping to floor geometry or other furniture assets within a project file.

Ideal for high-end residential living rooms, hotel suites, or luxury apartment lobbies, this set provides a cohesive aesthetic for interior design projects. It pairs effectively with minimalist or contemporary architectural styles, serving as a focal point in open-plan spaces. Professional designers often search for this combination of modular seating and accent furniture when specifying living room layouts, lounge areas, or executive waiting rooms. The neutral palette ensures compatibility with various wall finishes, timber flooring, and sophisticated lighting schemes in modern interior developments.
