Scandinavian Natural Wood Trestle Dining Table with Benches Set

Crafted for communal dining spaces, this Scandinavian natural timber trestle table and bench set Revit family features solid trestle slab supports. The ensemble comprises a central rectangular dining table and two companion backless benches constructed from light natural timber. The table features a flat rectangular top supported by two shaped vertical trestles resting on splayed feet, connected along the floor line by a central low-profile longitudinal stretcher. Both accompanying benches replicate the structural language with twin plank legs detailed with subtle arched cut-outs at their bases to enhance stability and clear floor spans. Clean planar surfaces and smooth timber grain define each component, offering a light, unadorned aesthetic with balanced proportions.

The download is a 440 KB file containing a Revit family (.rfa). Load it into a project from the Insert tab with Load Family, then place it like any other component of its category; it schedules and tags with the rest of your model.

As a native Revit furniture family, this model loads directly into project templates for floor plan layout and interior elevation development. Users can place the assembly on active levels or floor hosts, coordinate clearance envelopes around seating, and assign project-specific materials via Revit parameter settings. The geometry generates clean hidden-line graphics in documentation views while supporting realistic shading and mental ray or Enscape rendering routines.

This seating group suits varied interior typologies including corporate canteen fit-outs, cafeteria breakout areas, educational dining halls, and informal residential dining rooms. The backless bench configuration works effectively along perimeter walls or within open-plan social hubs where unobstructed sightlines are essential. Specifiers seeking a timber refectory table, communal canteen bench set, or minimalist wooden dining assembly can integrate this family into early space-planning schemes and full construction documentation packages.
