About this asset

Designed for corporate interiors, this Revit family features an extended wooden conference table configured with eighteen caster-base task chairs. The assembly comprises a long rectangular conference table complemented by eighteen ergonomic executive office chairs. The tabletop exhibits a light tan wood finish supported by matching panel slab pedestals along its length. Arranged symmetrically with eight task chairs on each long side and one at each header, the layout provides structured boardroom seating. Each chair includes a high-curved backrest upholstered in grey fabric, integrated curved armrests, and a black five-star swivel base mounted on mobile floor casters for flexible repositioning during meetings.

The download is a 420 KB file containing a Revit family (.rfa). Load it into a project from the Insert tab with Load Family, then place it like any other component of its category; it schedules and tags with the rest of your model.

In Revit, load this RFA family directly into commercial floor plans or interior fit-out projects. Place it on level work planes within designated meeting rooms or boardrooms to quickly assess spatial clearances, chair swing radii, and circulation corridors. Material parameters can be adjusted via family type properties to harmonize wood tones and chair fabrics with your firm's presentation standards.

Suited for large corporate boardrooms, executive conference suites, institutional meeting rooms, and training centers across schematic design through documentation stages. The arrangement pairs effectively with presentation screens, credenzas, acoustic wall panels, and linear recessed pendant luminaires. Designers searching for a variable boardroom table, conference room set, office meeting table, or multi-seat executive table will find this layout ideal for space planning large gatherings.
