About this asset

Contemporary curved modular sofa Revit family featuring a gently radiused armless seat and backrest supported by tapered timber peg legs. Defined by an inviting radial footprint, this modular settee incorporates a planar, full-height backrest that blends cleanly into a thick upholstered seat cushion. Its armless profile allows adjacent units to cluster or stand independently. The undercarriage features four splayed cylindrical timber legs connected by a minimal support frame, each capped near the junction with a sleek collar detail. Crisp tailored upholstery covers all seating surfaces in clean neutral white, offering an understated architectural outline suitable for open layout planning.

The download is a 512 KB file containing a Revit family (.rfa). Load it into a project from the Insert tab with Load Family, then place it like any other component of its category; it schedules and tags with the rest of your model.

Load this component directly into your project to populate floor layouts and space plans. The clean linework ensures crisp 2D visibility in plan and elevation views without cluttering construction sheets. Designers can assign project-specific upholstery textiles and wood finishes via standard material parameters, allowing quick visual coordination in shaded views, enscape walkthroughs, or rendered presentation drawings.

Ideal for commercial reception zones, executive breakrooms, corporate lounges, and hospitality waiting areas, this curved seating unit works well arranged in serpentine ribbons, circular clusters, or standalone conversation nooks. It coordinates seamlessly alongside low round coffee tables, slender floor lamps, and minimalist collaborative work tables. Search queries targeting curved banquettes, reception couches, and modular breakout seating will find this piece adaptable across workplace and interior design schemes.
