About this asset

Square 16-person conference table set modelled as a Revit family, featuring a wide radiused tabletop surrounded by sixteen caster armchairs. This corporate furniture layout comprises a large square conference table bordered symmetrically by sixteen ergonomic task armchairs. The tabletop displays a soft square profile with generous filleted corners and a linear surface hatch pattern. Arranged four per side, the surrounding seating features five-star caster swivel bases, low-profile central pedestals, integrated loop armrests, and rectangular mid-back rests. Clean linework establishes a crisp geometric presence in hidden line views, maintaining legible clearances and uniform chair spacing around the perimeter of the primary conference surface.

The download is a 788 KB file containing a Revit family (.rfa). Load it into a project from the Insert tab with Load Family, then place it like any other component of its category; it schedules and tags with the rest of your model.

Designed for commercial space planning workflows, this RFA family can be loaded directly into Revit project environments to populate meeting room templates. The combined assembly allows rapid space allocation on floor plans without manually positioning individual task chairs. Practitioners can verify room circulation boundaries, align the central fixture with ceiling lighting grids, and assign custom project materials or graphic overrides through family type parameters.

Suited to corporate boardrooms, executive conference suites, collaborative training facilities, and institutional seminar spaces, this layout satisfies high-density executive seating requirements. The arrangement coordinates cleanly with presentation credenzas, video conferencing screens, and ceiling acoustic baffles. Interior designers and space planners searching for large boardroom table layouts, 16-seater meeting tables, or corporate conference suites will find this component well-suited to schematic test fits and FF&E documentation packages.
