About this asset

Modern round ottoman Revit family featuring a deep red cylindrical cushioned seat supported by understated metal blade legs for Revit layouts. The piece features a substantial circular drum cushion with softened top edges, creating an expansive seating surface suitable for multi-directional lounging. Beneath the primary upholstered volume, four perimeter metal blade legs provide structural stability while maintaining a light visual footprint above the floor plane. The crimson red fabric finish contrasts cleanly against the brushed metal feet, establishing a solid yet floating profile. Smooth geometric curvature and crisp joins ensure clean line generation in elevations, section views, and three-dimensional representations without excessive polygon density.

The download is a 328 KB file containing a Revit family (.rfa). Load it into a project from the Insert tab with Load Family, then place it like any other component of its category; it schedules and tags with the rest of your model.

Load this native RFA file into project environments and place it directly onto level-based floor plans. Standard Revit category parameters allow seamless inclusion in furniture schedules, quantity takeoffs, and tag callouts. Material definitions can be mapped or adjusted via object styles and family type properties to coordinate textiles and metal finishes across interior design palettes. Shaded, hidden line, and realistic display modes render with crisp linework and accurate cast shadows.

Suited to commercial workplace reception areas, collaborative breakout zones, higher education commons, and hospitality lounge environments. It functions effectively clustered alongside modular sofas, arranged around low coffee tables, or deployed as standalone perimeter occasional seating. Specifiers searching for circular poufs, breakout soft seating, upholstered round benches, or ancillary commercial furniture will find this piece complements open-plan planning strategies where fluid circulation and flexible, informal collaboration are prioritized.
