About this asset

Featuring a clean armless profile, this modern Revit family delivers a versatile modular lounge chair for terrace, deck, and patio layouts. The unit is designed with a broad square seat cushion and an integrated backrest featuring a softly rounded upper contour. A rigid perimeter base frame supports the upholstered seat, elevated on four cylindrical vertical legs. At the rear, an upright back support anchors the backrest module firmly in place. The armless configuration enables direct tiling alongside matching modular components to form continuous sectional sofas or bench seating. Clean prismatic geometry delineates the cushion masses from the supporting metal substructure, maintaining clear definition across model views.

The download is a 307 KB file containing a Revit family (.rfa). Load it into a project from the Insert tab with Load Family, then place it like any other component of its category; it schedules and tags with the rest of your model.

Load this lightweight RFA component directly into your project template and place it on active levels or floor hosts. Assign practice materials to the cushion and frame subcategories via standard type or instance parameters to match project specifications. The clean geometry keeps file weight minimal, ensuring rapid viewport regeneration across large furniture plans, documentation sheets, and exterior terrace model groupings.

Suited for schematic layout and design development stages across residential, hospitality, and commercial schemes, this modular seat fits naturally into hotel pool decks, rooftop terraces, garden patios, and breakout zones. It pairs seamlessly with outdoor coffee tables, low planters, and matching corner lounge modules. Specifiers searching for modular patio furniture, armless sectional chairs, or contract outdoor seating will find this asset ideal for rapid space planning.
