About this asset

Minimalist curved reception desk designed as a Revit family, featuring an angled front riser profile and a cantilevered dark grey counter ledger. The fixture features an elongated linear body that curves smoothly at one terminal into a sweeping ninety-degree return. An outward-angled, tapered front fascia inclines upward to support a projecting perimeter transaction cap, creating a protective privacy screen for behind-the-counter administration. Finished in a uniform matte charcoal tone, the seamless exterior shell rests elevated above floor level on discreet low-profile support feet. The geometry balances sweeping continuous horizontal lines with sculpted facets, hiding operational workspace accessories from public sightlines while delivering an understated, architectural welcome barrier.

The download is a 440 KB file containing a Revit family (.rfa). Load it into a project from the Insert tab with Load Family, then place it like any other component of its category; it schedules and tags with the rest of your model.

Delivered as a native Revit family, this furniture component loads directly into host project files for early space planning, front-of-house circulation studies, and tender documentation. Designers can position the unit across lobby floor finishes, aligning coordinate planes to architectural grids or interior boundary walls. Material parameters allow quick assignment of project-specific solid surfacing, wood veneer, or metal finishes within the project environment.

Suited to commercial office lobbies, corporate headquarters, boutique hotel receptions, and healthcare waiting lounges, this counter anchors primary arrival zones. It integrates effectively alongside waiting area lounge chairs, directional signage, security speed gates, and architectural accent lighting. Specifiers working through concept design and fit-out phases frequently search for curved reception counter, angled concierge desk, lobby security desk, and commercial reception workstation when detailing entrance sequences.
