About this asset

Modern partially glazed office partition modeled as a Revit family, featuring an upper glass lite, solid acoustic panel, and integrated base raceway. Designed with vertical modular proportions, this partition panel combines privacy with acoustic containment and daylight transmission. The upper quarter features a framed clear glass window set into a slender perimeter extrusion, admitting ambient daylight between workstations. Below the glazed insert, a full-height solid panel core is finished in a neutral beige tone, framed by dark edge extrusions. At the bottom, a low-profile base raceway provides housing for building services, complete with dual rectangular outlet knockouts for power and data distribution across adjacent workstation layouts.

The download is a 727 KB file containing a Revit family (.rfa). Load it into a project from the Insert tab with Load Family, then place it like any other component of its category; it schedules and tags with the rest of your model.

In Autodesk Revit, load this RFA component directly into project templates or space planning layouts. Position individual modules along reference planes or grid lines to define cubicle perimeters, or align multiple panels edge-to-edge using standard align and pin commands. Material parameters and visibility settings can be adjusted within the family type properties to coordinate architectural graphics, schedules, and presentation views.

Suited for commercial interior fit-outs, corporate headquarters, call centres, and administrative facilities requiring adaptable demountable screen systems. This glazed dividing screen pairs effectively with task chairs, system desking, credenzas, and cable management risers during space planning and contract document phases. Architects and interior designers frequently specify similar modular workstation dividers, office cubicle screens, acoustic privacy panels, and glazed demountable partitions when organising open-plan corporate work environments.
