The combination of soft textile textures and sharp metal details creates a balanced, versatile look suitable for various interior schemes.

The download is a 17.2 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

When integrating this model into 3ds Max, ensure the assets are placed on a dedicated layer for easy toggling. The fabric textures are mapped with standard coordinate settings, allowing for adjustments in tiling or colour tinting via the material editor. Use the provided side table and accessories as a pre-composed cluster to save time during initial layout stages. Check for proper pivot point alignment at the floor level before scattering or duplicating the sofa across larger residential floor plans or lobby scenes.

This sofa assembly is ideal for residential living rooms, modern apartment interiors, and hotel lounge areas. It functions well in staging projects where a neutral, contemporary seating solution is required to anchor a space. Designers often pair this piece with textured rugs, floor lamps, and minimalist coffee tables to complete a cohesive look.
