About this asset

This Revit family provides a swimming pool with an integrated hot tub, featuring a stepped pool entry and a structured deck area. This Revit component represents a combined swimming pool and spa unit, designed with a functional layout that integrates both recreational water features into a single footprint. The assembly includes a main basin with a stepped entry section for safe access and a dedicated, smaller hot tub section adjacent to the primary pool area. The geometry is defined by clean, angular lines, featuring a surrounding deck surface. The design is represented with clear, distinct material assignments for the water, the pool basin structure, and the surrounding deck, allowing for straightforward material application within a BIM environment.

The download is a 420 KB file containing a Revit family (.rfa). Load it into a project from the Insert tab with Load Family, then place it like any other component of its category; it schedules and tags with the rest of your model.

In Revit, this family is typically placed as a site component or within a massing environment to define outdoor recreational zones. Users should load the family into the project file and place it on the ground floor or site plan level. The model is structured to allow for the application of site-specific materials to the pool interior and surrounding deck surfaces. Adjustments to the surrounding topography are required to ensure the pool basin sits correctly within the host site model.

Ideal for residential architectural visualisations, this component is essential for landscape design and site planning stages where outdoor amenity spaces are required. It pairs effectively with exterior hardscaping, decking, and soft landscaping elements to create realistic site models for client presentations. Professionals searching for pool design assets, integrated spa components, or site-specific recreational water features will find this family useful for establishing the footprint of high-end residential gardens, luxury villa projects, or communal housing development schemes during the early design development phases.
