About this asset

This integrated shower bathtub combination is a Revit family featuring a glass-enclosed shower stall alongside a built-in tub. The Lasco Darsey is a comprehensive bathroom unit that combines a vertical shower enclosure with a horizontal bathtub segment. The shower portion features a framed glass door and tiled-effect wall panels, while the adjacent bathtub section is set within a solid surround. The design prioritises efficiency, offering a space-saving solution for compact bathrooms. The assembly includes a shower head, drain points, and clear structural lines that define the bathing zone. Its neutral white finish and glass accents allow for easy integration into various interior palettes, providing a clean, functional aesthetic suitable for modern residential bathrooms.

The download is a 348 KB file containing a Revit family (.rfa). Load it into a project from the Insert tab with Load Family, then place it like any other component of its category; it schedules and tags with the rest of your model.

In Revit, this family is intended for placement against bathroom walls to define the wet zone. Users should align the unit with the project's plumbing distribution lines and verify that the host wall orientation matches the unit's back panels. The file is lightweight, ensuring smooth navigation in complex models. Designers can adjust visibility settings for the shower glass and tub interior to manage detail levels in floor plans or 3D views during the documentation phase of a residential project.

This combination unit is ideal for residential renovations, apartment developments, and hotel bathroom designs where floor space is at a premium. It is commonly specified by architects and interior designers looking to streamline plumbing layouts while maintaining a functional bathing area. Professionals searching for space-efficient sanitaryware will find this unit useful for small-scale bathrooms. It pairs effectively with standard bathroom fixtures such as wall-mounted vanities and chrome-finished hardware, ensuring a cohesive look in both new construction and refurbishment projects.
